Clear terms for the public website and early access.
Effective 2026-07-19. These terms cover the public website, optional AI Guide and early-access list. They do not create a paid subscription or replace the separate terms required for an invited product account.
Operator and current scope
Release gate: the full legal operator name and postal address have not been configured. Until they are published, do not treat this website as ready for paid or invited product accounts. Current privacy contact: privacy@itzako.com.
Eligibility and age
Release gate: the minimum learner age and parental-handling rule have not been configured. Until that decision is published, children should not use the AI Guide or submit an early-access email.
Website and early access
The website describes the Itzako learning experience being developed and accepts expressions of interest. Joining the list does not guarantee immediate access, a launch date, a feature or a future price. No public paid plan is sold through this website today.
Invited accounts
If Itzako offers you an extension or dashboard account, the applicable product terms and product privacy notice must be shown before you accept or submit learning material. Those documents may add account-security, usage, data and payment rules.
AI disclosure
The Itzako Guide is an AI system, not a person. Messages are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal data, confidential information or material you are not authorised to share.
AI output and checking
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate or out of date. Use it as learning support, compare important information with the original lesson or another trusted source, and ask a qualified educator where appropriate. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
No promised learning outcome
Itzako does not guarantee grades, examination results, mastery, qualifications, admission or employment outcomes. You remain responsible for what you learn, submit and rely on.
Academic integrity
Use Itzako to understand, practise and review. Follow the rules of your course, school, examination or institution. Do not impersonate another learner, evade proctoring, obtain live examination answers, falsify evidence or present generated work as entirely your own where disclosure is required.
Material you submit
Only submit material you may lawfully use. Do not submit confidential, illegal, infringing or security-sensitive content. You remain responsible for third-party course terms and copyright restrictions.
Limited processing licence
You retain rights in your original input. You grant Itzako only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to transmit, process, store where applicable and return that material for the service you request. This licence does not permit Itzako to publish, sell or train its own models on your material without a separate, clear agreement.
Itzako and generated output
The Itzako name, visual identity, website and original Academy material remain protected. Generated output may not be unique, may resemble other output and is not guaranteed to qualify for copyright protection or to be free of third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the website, bypass limits, probe for secrets, introduce malware, scrape at harmful scale, attack prompts or systems, automate abusive requests, violate another person’s rights or use the service unlawfully.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on hosting infrastructure and OpenAI for the optional Guide and may link to third-party lessons or research. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Itzako remains responsible for its own consumer-facing representations and cannot use a provider disclaimer to remove mandatory rights.
Availability, beta changes and data
Early-access features may change, pause or stop while they are tested. Itzako will not present planned work as generally available. Keep copies of important source material and do not use an early product as the only record of work.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Joining the list is free and creates no payment obligation. Before any paid plan begins, Itzako must show the total price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, trial conversion, minimum commitment, cancellation method, refund position and statutory withdrawal rights.
Suspension and ending participation
You may leave the early-access list at any time. Itzako may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Future account terms must explain notice, suspension, termination, data access and any available appeal or remedy.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including services supplied with reasonable care and skill. Any future limitation of liability must be fair, proportionate and appropriate to the contracting party and launch countries.

Governing law and changes
Release gate: the contracting party and governing law have not been configured. Mandatory consumer protections still apply. Material changes will be dated and communicated before they create a new commitment.
